Payment Terms (to be read in conjunction with our Conditions of Supply and our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) ) - An agreement will apply for 12 months from the date of a ‘Holding page’ upload or receipt of cleared deposit funds where a further 12 months charge for hosting/design/maintenance will become due. You may cancel your agreement with Locationlinks at any time provided 2 months notice of any intention is given by email (acknowledged by Locationlinks) and assuming all due and outstanding invoices have been paid.
Upon payment of your Deposit (40% of Gross Invoice) and full advice, Locationlinks will upload a ‘Holding Page’ and proceed with your web-site build in these Stages:
A] Prior to the Test Launch Date, You will be advised of certain pages being uploaded, for you to view and approve.
B] Test Launch Date arrives and presuming Stage A progressed with your full approval, a fully operational site will be uploaded (excluding full gallery contents) for appraisal and approval.
C] The remaining balance (60%) of the outstanding Invoice should then be paid in order that the web site can be fully uploaded and launched on the agreed Official Launch Date**.
**PLEASE NOTE If the outstanding Invoice balance is unpaid 7 days prior to the Official Launch Date, Locationlinks reserve full and unconditional rights to cancel this agreement forthwith retaining all deposits and all associated monies and withdraw all services agreed within this document. Domain Names will be transferred to your designated server within 14 working days upon payment of all applicable registration fees. You have the right to withdraw from this agreement at any time between the Test Launch Date and 7 days prior to the Official Launch Date with no further obligation. Your Deposit (40% of Gross Invoice) will remain non refundable. Your Domain Names will be transferred to a server of your choice within 14 working days upon payment of all applicable registration fees.

Your site colour palette will usually be suggested by your Corporate Logo.
We recommend that you update the site after the Official Launch Date on a monthly basis. This need not be site wide or even be substantial, but, updating the homepage and the ‘what’s new pages' are probably a minimum. We suggest that you allow Locationlinks to take care of maintenance over the initial 12 month period of your D+ Account as search engine ranking is important and our standard search engine optimisation will ensure that your web - presence is maintained and verified. We would also always advise that an ‘Update BUNDLE’ of some kind is considered within your Budgeting Stratedgy.
